La Federación Ecuestre Argentina ante la presentación de numerosos casos de Influenza Equina en distintas zonas del país, ha resuelto a partir del día de hoy interrumpir la actividad hípica oficial en todo el ámbito nacional.
La misma será reiniciada cuando las condiciones sanitarias lo permitan, en base a las recomendaciones del SENASA y su propio Servicio Veterinario.
Se recomienda el estricto cumplimiento de todas las prescripciones veterinarias vigentes, en especial tratar de restringir los traslados de caballos y nuevos ingresos de los mismos a los clubes .
Lamentamos las consecuencias que la medida pueda ocasionar , pero estimamos que la misma será un paliativo idóneo para evitar la propagación masiva del brote.

Soy consciente de que estoy representando a la FEI cuando oficio en un Evento FEI ( en adelante denominado Evento/s). También soy consciente de mi rol como autoridad y de la respectiva obligación de conocer adecuadamente los principios del deporte ecuestre y las reglas y reglamentos FEI pertinentes y aplicarlos siempre en forma justa y coherente.
Cumpliré todos los requisitos FEI ( incluído el mantenimiento de la capacitación necesaria) correspondientes a cada evento para el que haya sido designado.
Mientras esté oficiando
Me comprometo a evitar cualquier conflicto de intereses real o percibido. Hay conflicto de intereses cuando existe alguna relación personal, profesional o financiera, incluídas relaciones familiares que pudieran influir o considerarse que influyan en la objetividad cuando represente o mantenga algún tipo de tratativa para o en nombre de la FEI.
Mantendré una posición neutral, independiente y equitativa para con los atletas, propietarios, entrenadores, grooms, organizadores y otros oficiales e interesados en el deporte. Los intereses financieros y/o personales nunca influirá en mis tareas como oficial y no ahorraré esfuerzos para evitar que esto pareciera estar sucediendo.
No juzgaré en forma nacionalista.
Las actividades que deriven o puedan derivar en conflicto de intereses cuando se oficia en un evento FEI incluyen aunque no en forma taxativa:
Al advertir un probable conflicto de intereses, me comprometo a notificar a la sede central de la FEI ( o cuando el conflicto surja o se detecte en el lugar, al Presidente del Jurado de Campo) sobre cualquiera de los hechos citados o de cualquier posible conflicto de intereses o circunstancias que pudiera advertirse como tal.
Siempre que sea posible deben evitarse los conflictos. No obstante, los conflictos pueden estar unidos a experiencia o capacitación necesarias para habilitar oficiales. El equilibrio específico entre conflicto y experiencia se rige por el Reglamento General y los Reglamentos Deportivos pertinentes.
En el transcurso de mis tareas, o cuando represento a la FEI me abstendré de hacer declaraciones públicas, incluídos los medios o las redes sociales, que pudieran perjudicar a la FEI o al deporte ecuestre en general. Esto incluye declaraciones que pudieran interpretarse como prejuiciosas
No apostaré sobre atletas y caballos que compitan en eventos FEI ni recibiré ningún beneficio financiero o de otra índole como resultado de un determinado resultado.
El quebrantamiento de toda obligación contraída según este Código de Conducta y/o cualquier violación de los Reglamentos FEI puede derivar en alguna de las siguientes sanciones estipuladas en los Reglamentos FEI
